Many thanks for the patience shown while this long awaited project has slowly come to fruition.

Pineapple Books Limited are pleased to announce The Official Illustrated History of Nottingham Forest F.C., a book which has been two years in the making and includes hundreds of photographs many of which are previously unseen or extremely rare images.

Few Clubs in world football can claim to have a history as rich and exciting as that of Nottingham Forest. From the numerous innovations of the 19th century which included early floodlights, the first shin pads, tactical revolutions and more for over 140 years. Over the years both domestic and European heartbreak has been more than outweighed by a glorious haul of trophies. By use of programmes, letters, documents, plans, maps, football cards and stickers, newspaper cuttings, cartoons, photographs, sketches, and more the development of Nottingham Forest on and off the field is showcased since the 1860s and even earlier. The Official Illustrated History of Nottingham Forest is the largest, most colourful and in-depth pictorial history of the club ever attempted.

As well as the chronological history of the Reds, this project highlights areas such as the grounds that Forest have called home, the many trophies won, the different kits and emblems that the club has sported and some of the more unusual stories from almost a century and a half of unforgettable football memories.
